2.KETOROLAC 30 mg iv 30 MINUTES BEFORE INDUCTION OF ANESTHESIA ALONG WITH STANDARD OF CARE

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing elective and emergency laparoscopic surgeries
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years 2. Chronic pain 3. Neuropathic pain 4. Bleeding diathesis, chronic pulmonary disease, congestive heart failure, and psychological disorder 5. Severe renal and hepatic impairment 6. Long term anti-inflammatory therapy 7. Patients on steroid therapy 8. Allergy or other contraindication to pregabalin or ketorolac 9. Comorbid opioid, or other substance abuse disorder 10. ASA 3 and ASA 4 11. Conversions from laparoscopic to open surgeries 12. All elective/Emergency laparoscopic surgeries extending beyond 4hours
