Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of paraplegia from either traumatic or non traumatic causes 2. Participants who are able to propel a wheelchair independently for 5 minutes 3. Participants classified as A,B,C,D on the ASIA impairment scale(AIS) 4. Participants with thoracic level of injury

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with an existing pressure ulcer that limits their wheelchair mobility 2. Participants of unstable angina, myocardial infarction in the last month 3. Participants with Resting heart rate >120 bpm, Systolic blood pressure >180 mm Hg, Diastolic blood pressure >100 mm Hg
