Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients above 18 years of age and patients in whom endotracheal culture specimen taken for microbiological examination is positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are admitted less than 48 hours in the intensive care unit

1.Incidence of respiratory infection by Gram-negative bacteria. 2.Incidence of MDR,XDR,PDR and sensitive GNB. 3.Mode of Respiratory support for patients with respiratory infections. 4.Weaning classification. 5.Days required for WBC to reach normal values. 6.Days required for procalcitonin to decrease by more than 80 percentage of initial value. 7.Outcome of ICU stay. 8.Days of Mechanical ventilation. 9.Risk factors or comorbidities. 10.Length of ICU stay. Timepoint: At baseline and at the end of ICU stay
