Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: INCLUSION CRITERIA INCLUDES- -BMI: �23 percentile to 27 percentile -Subjects willing to participate -VRT > 200 ms -Healthy Adolescents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Adolescents with any neurological, orthopaedics or psychological disorders -Any other co-morbidities

VISUAL REACTION TIMETimepoint: ONE, PRE-DATA WILL BE COLLECTED AND THEN FINAL POST-INTERVENTION READINGS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 6 WEEK COMPLETION.
