Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • ASAI, II& III patients above 18 years of age. • Patients scheduled for above knee lower limb orthopaedic surgeries. • Cognitive ability to comprehend and understand NRS scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Patient having contraindications for Sub-arachnoid block • Coagulopathy • Infection at injection site • Allergy to local anaesthetic drugs • Patients receiving Epidural block for Lower Limb surgeries Diabetic neuropathy& other neurological deficits in lower limb
