Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students between the age of 18-25 years, both male and female, studying at MAHE, Manipal.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students having any mental health subject like psychology, psychiatry etc as their major. And individuals self-reported with any mental or physical condition
