Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patient undergoing cervical spine surgery 2 BMI between 20 to 30 3 ASA Grade 1to3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Patient not giving consent. 2 Mallampati Score 4 3 Thyromeatel distance of less than 6cm 4 Recurrent epistaxis etc
