Inclusion criteria: females with range of motion deficits females with hip muscle tightness

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: females with low back pain, hip, knee, and ankle pain females with previous knee, hip surgeries females with the hip joint, knee joint, and ankle deformities and pathology females with flat foot
