Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Outpatient of either gender, aged above 18 years in the department of general medicine. Patients with prior knowledge and history of consuming at least one antibiotic agent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to give informed consent. Patient with mental illness. Pregnant women Patients with multiple comorbidity
