Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with forward head posture with CVA All genders with age group 18 to 40 years, who are asymptomatic (without neck pain) for at least 3 weeks Participants willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Postural deviation other than forward head, assessed by observation method that could affect postural stability Fracture, trauma, injury or recent surgeries that would prevent the participants to perform the exercises History of tumors and infection of the vertebrae Diagnosed cases of vestibular disorders and peripheral neuropathy Participants who are unable to comprehend the exercise commands Pregnant women
