Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: •sanitation workers of age group between 18 to 50 years of either gender in RUHS Medical College and RDBP Jaipuria Hospital, associated hospital of RUHS College of Medical sciences, Jaipur •willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: •chronic disease of heart, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal tract •pregnancy, •lactation •neurological & psychiatric disorders •infectious diseases like hepatitis, HIV • history of blood transfusion • on iron therapy
