Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tremors (4-6 Hz) Rigidity- in upper limb cogwheel type and in lower limb lead pipe type rigidity. Akinesia/ Bradykinesia/ slowness in initiation of movements. Hoehn and Yahr scale upto second stage. Patients between 40 to 65 years of age. Patient of either sex. Patient willing to sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anxiety tremors. Senile tremors. Thyrotoxicosis tremors. Familial tremors. Mentally retarded person Patients having concomitant illness such as chronic renal failure, Hepatobiliary disorder, Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension and any other neurological disorders. Pregnant and lactating women.

Efficacy will be evaluated clinically as well as by Europian Parkinsonâ??s disease association â?? Parkinsonâ??s disease Composite scale.Timepoint: At Day 1, 2nd week, 4th week, 6th week, 8th week, 10th week, and 13th week of the trial.
