Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Venous stasis,Dilated superficial vein,Aching sensation in the affected lower limb and upper limb,cramps present in affected limb.It is common in the calf muscle, swelling, tenderness, Erythema or discoloration of the affected area.Willing of patients to give sample for investigation at when ever necessary

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Filariasis with lymphedema,Orthostatic edema,Renal and cardiac disease
