Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non smokers spO2 between 95-98 %

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Smokers, Interstitial lung disease(ILD), including pulmonary fibrosis Bronchiectasis Asbestosis, Lung cancer or tumors Cardiac disorderâ??s Pulmonary embolism or blood clot on the lung Pneumonia or tuberculosis Pneumothorax. Malignant tumor. Athletes and doing regular exercises Pregnant and lactating womens, Diagnosed cardiovascular disease, renal disease, liver disease, mental disorders, Peripheral vascular disorder, Loss of sensation in the legs Unconscious, Peripheral neuropathy, Ulcer, lesion or allergy The subject has a BMI greater than 31 (based on weight and height)

Primary

MeasureTime frame
spo2 assesment will be done by using pulse oximeter Timepoint: spo2 assesment will be done at baseline before the intervention, at the end of treatment at 10 day and after the 15 day of completion of the treatment

Heart rate variables will be assesed by heart rate variability apparatusTimepoint: heart rate variable assesment will be done at baseline before the intervention, at the end of treatment at 10 day and after the 15 day of completion of the treatment ;lung inflation test will be assesed by peak expiratory flowmeterTimepoint: peak expiratory flow rate assesment will be done at baseline before the intervention, at the end of treatment at 10 day and after the 15 day of completion of the treatment
