Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Willingness to take part in the study. 2.Hemodynamically stable patients 3.American Society Of Anesthesiologists I and II patients. 4.Posted for surgical procedures under Spinal Anesthesia (hernia/hydrocele/LSCS)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not willing to take part in study 2.Hemodynamically unstable 3.Patients with difficult airways coming under MPC III and above. 4.Patients with infection at injection site 5.Patients with pneumothorax /history of severe cardiac/respiratory /renohepatic/bleeding disorder 6.Previous Lumbar puncture 7.Known hypersensitivity to spinal drug 8.Patients undergoing Orthopedic procedures for lower limb

MeasureTime frame
The outcome of this study will be measured in aspects of ocurrence of headache and other associated complaints like nausea,vomiting,backache and urinary retention after spinal anaesthesia.Timepoint: The outcome of this study will be measured at 12 hours, 24 hours,36 hours,48hours, 60hours and 72 hours post spinal anaesthesia.
