Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists I-III, Patients with fracture lower limb Patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: American Society of Anesthesiologists III or more, Diseases of liver, kidney, coagulopathy, Multiple injuries, Not giving consent, allergy to local anaesthetic
