Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus with cardiac autonomic dysfunction. Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus more than one years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any major co-existing cardiac disease Subjects on exogenous insulin Retinopathy, nephropathy Involvement of any structured exercise during the past 6 months ß-blocker therapy Contraindications to exercise stress testing Any musculoskeletal abnormality that could preclude the intervention
