Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients willing and able to participate in the trial.2) patients irrespective of age, sex, occupation and chronicity will be selected for the study.3)patient with clinical sign of ekakushtha as per ayurvedic classics a)aswedanam b)mahavastum c)matsyashaklopamam d)krishna aruna varna

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients not willing to participate in the trial 2.patients suffering from other systemic of metabolic disorders like hypertension, diabetes and hepatic disorders.
