Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 - 65 years, both males and females. Participants with working knowledge (written and verbal) of English language in order to complete the questionnaires and sign the informed consent. Participants who did not have any major life event stressors which might have affected their stress levels for the past six months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants on medication for any diagnosed psychiatric diseases/disorders. Inability or unwillingness to complete questionnaire independently.
