Inclusion criteria: All the reports of suspected ADRs to antibiotics during the study period

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reports of poisoning and medication errors Reports of ADRs with patients on natural products/alternate medicines (Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Siddha, Unani) along with antibiotics
