Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either gender above 18 years. 2. Both outpatients and inpatients department of general medicine diagnosed with Type 2 DM and prescribed with at least one nutraceutical.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women. (gestational diabetes) 2. Type 1 DM patients. 3. Patients who are not willing to participate in the study.
