Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The participants will be type 2 diabetes patients with or without medications, who enroll themselves for yoga and naturopathy based lifestyle intervention program for a minimum duration of 7 days to 21 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who undergo yoga and naturopathy interventions less than 7 days. Patients who refuse to participate in the study. Physical disability to participate in yoga program
