Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 60 and above. Women retired for minimum of 1 year for Group A(Retirees). Women who have not been in paid jobs since the last 20 years for Group B(Homemakers).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Professionally active Women/ reemployment after retirement for Group A(Retirees). Women indulge in home based occupation (seasonal retail work,selling cosmetics, plastic ware or other products, supplying homemade food, knitting, tailoring, baby-sitting, tutoring or generate income in some other way) for Group B(Homemakers). Any known neurological and cardiopulmonary disorder. Diagnosis of Cancer. Any known case of fracture, Soft tissue injury. Any surgery in past 6 months which may interfere with physical fitness.
