Intervention1: GP D will receive 0.5 % ropivacaine (0.5ml/kg) with 2ml dexmedetomedinie (1 microgm/kg) via USG guided serratus anterior block .: 30 patients in GP D posted for modified radical maste

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and ASA 2 Patients age >20 years BMI <30kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Prexisting bleeding coagulation disorders morbid obesity local inflammation st the site of block study drug allergy patient with clinical significant cardiac,pulmonary ,renal or heptic disease history of opioid addiction patient refusal

Primary

MeasureTime frame
post op pain score NRS at rest an don hand abduction ,total dose of intra -op opioid consumption Timepoint: at 0, 1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 24, 48 hr post operatively

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
total dose of rescue analgesia required post operatively in 48 hr, time to first rescue analgesia post operatively, sedation score, any side effects nausea ,vomting etcTimepoint: at 0,1, 2, 4, 6, 12, 48 hr.
