Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) all adults (Age = 18 years at the time of transplant), (2) all transplant recipients (autologous/ allogeneic) (3) those willing to adhere to the app-based meditation practice for the period of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those not willing to consent (2) Those without access to a smartphone
