Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing surgery in the Department of General surgery, Surgical oncology and Thoracic surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery on patients less than 18 years of age Surgery on patients who are hard of hearing Surgery on patients who are mentally challenged
