Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between 12 to 80 yrs with confirmed dengue infection will be recruited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fever duration more than seven days Dengue infection without a warning sign Patient with co-infection( malaria,scrub,leptospirosis and Japenese encephalitis) Pregnancy and breastfeeding Hypersensitivity to doxycycline Patient with oesophageal dysmotility
