Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage 1 hypertension i,e Systolic BP is 140-159 mm of Hg.or Diastolic BP 90-99 mm of hg without any medication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who have history of acute CAD, Cardiomyopathy, MI, Stroke. pregnant and Lactating women. Patient who have h/o Nephropathy and organ Failure.
