Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Proctoscopic diagnosed cases of 3rd degree hemorrhoids (with or without bleeding/ painful or painless) Haemoglobin more then 10 gm/100 ml

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: anemic patients( Hb less then 10 %) , malnurish patients , bleeding disorders, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus , tubercular patients,pregnancy,malignancy suggested by biopsy,HIV,HBsAg positive patients
