Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: individuals of both genders who ride a bike everyday for approximately 1 hour per day or more and have pain in there neck or shoulder.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: participants having pain secondary to trauma, spondylitis, infection in neck and shoulder region and participants already undergoing treatment for pain during or prior commencement of the study.
