Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Child suffer from Tamaka Shwasa Case of productive and unproductive cough Case of Acute or Chronic cough Associated without blood Mild pain in chest present or absent Occasionally vomiting Not associated with life threatening disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children age below 5yrs and above 12yrs Child suffering from Tamaka Shwasa in severe condition Status asthmatics Severe Pneumonia Any associated bleeding disorders or sign of any severe illness Patient suffering from life threatening disorders such as Hepatic, Renal, CVS, Respiratory and hematological disorders Not accepting orally Cardiac asthma Pleural effusion, Pneumothorax, pulmonary tuberculosis

Primary

1. Symptamatic Scale 2. Blood Investigation- Hb, TLC, DLC AEC, ESR 3. Rediological Investigation- X-ray ChestTimepoint: 4 Evaluation will be done within 8hour, 3rd day , 7th day & 14th day
