Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Paraplegia for more than 6 months Incomplete SCI of both Traumatic and Non-traumatic type Spasticity >=1 on MAS of lower limb muscle group Patients able to walk atleast 10m with or without Assistive devices.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recent orthopedic conditions which affects the mobility. Any other Neurological Brain diagnosis Patients with excessive fear of needle administration
