Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: . Male and female patients of age group 18-65 yrs. 2. HBsAg positive for >6months and having HBV DNA 3. Not currently on antiviral therapy. 4. Fibro scan grading

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having immunosuppressive diseases. 2. Pregnant or attempting to conceive or lactating woman. 3. Patients with HIV and Hep C virus co-morbidity. 4. Patients with decompensated liver disease of any etiology. 5. Diagnosed case of renal failure, ischaemic heart diseases, cancer, bleeding disorders, tuberculosis etc.
