Intervention1: 0.5Mole Mannitol with 2% Lidocaine with or without adrenaline: 0.5Mole Mannitol as an adjunct to local anesthesia with or without adrenaline to increase anaesthetic efficacy.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects of both genders â?? needs for mandibular impacted 3rd molar extraction. 2.Above 19 years of age. 3.Patient in good health and not taking any medications that would alter pain perception.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Younger than 18 years of age. 2.Allergies to mannitol, local anaesthetics, or sulphites. 3.Pregnant and Lactating mothers. 4.History of significant medical conditions (ASA CLASS II or higher), taking any medications (over the counter pain relieving medications, narcotics, sedatives antianxiety, or antidepressant medications) which may affect pain assessment. â?? Active pathosis at the site of injection â?? Inability to give informed consent.
