Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Able to walk 50 meters with or without a walking aid. 2.Able to stand independently for 90 seconds. 3.Able to follow verbal instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A. Participants with Systolic Blood pressure >= 180 mmHg and Diastolic Blood Pressure >= 110 mmHg. B. Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis index (Osteoarthritis screening): 1.Pain score >10 2.Stiffness score > 4 3.Function score of > 34 C. > 20 % disability on Oswestry low back pain disability questionnaire (ODI) D. Functional score > 69 and Pain score >21 on Quick Disabilities of the Arm, Shoulder and Hand Questionnaire. E. Score of >20 on Neck Disability Index. F. Functional score >44 and Pain score > 4 on Ankle Disability Index. G. Mini-mental state examination score H. Geriatric Depression scale: >8 I. Tinetti Performance oriented mobility assessment J. Overall neuropathy limitation scale: score >3 on arm scale and > 4 on leg scale K. World Health Organization Health related quality of life-BREF L. Apparent Neurological disorders, Ischemic Heart Disease, Malignancy and obvious Physical Disability.

1.Observational Trial outcome variables Clinical Assessment: Cardiopulmonary assessment: Exercise tolerance test:6-minute walk test;Stair climb test. 2.Interventional study outcome variables Instrumented tests for assessing balance will be conducted using 1 Advanced Mechanical Technology Inc (AMTI) force plate and Instrumented tests for assessing gait will be conducted using Vicon System (Oxford Metrics, Oxford, UK) and 2 force platforms. Timepoint: 0-24 months
