Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Spleen qi deficiency Patient diagnosed with Hypothyroidism With Spleen Qi deficiency Fatigue and weakness Cold intolerance constipation Kidney yang deficiency Dry skin irregular menstruation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with spleen deficiency under grade III obesity Severe Hypertension Bleeding disorders Pregnant women Other endocrinal disorders

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Thyroid Profile will be done for hormones T3, T4, TSH.Timepoint: Thyroid Profile will be done at baseline before the intervention and at the end of three months.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Assessment of Quality of Life using WHO-QoL BREFTimepoint: Assessment will be done at baseline before the intervention and at the end of three months.;Anthropometric measurements for Weight, height, Waist Hip ratio, Body mass Index using standardized instruments.Timepoint: All the records will be done at baseline before the intervention and at the end of three months.
