Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Laboratory confirmed COVID-19 infection with severe hypoxemic respiratory failure defined as respiratory rate >=30 breaths/min and oxyhemoglobin saturation (SpO2) 2.PF ratio

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients who are drowsy or uncooperative, 2. ophthalmic (e.g. glaucoma), cervical (e.g. spondylosis) or abdominal pathologies (including pregnancy). 3.haemodynamically unstable patients
