Interventions

Intervention1: Chintamani Deshpande: There are 2 groups.1st Group will be given Whole Body Vibration while 2nd group will be given Percussive gun. Both groups will be given same conventional exercises

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects who are willing to participate 2.All gender population 3.Age group: 19-40years 4.Waist circumference more than 89cm in females and more than 99cm in males

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of any injury to the abdominal area and Lower Limb surgery in the past 1year. 2.History of spine surgery in past 1 year 3.Participants were diagnosed with abdominal conditions like Appendicitis, Hernia. 4.Participants diagnosed with Peripheral Vascular Disease. 5. Participants having metal implants in Lower Limb. 6. Hypersensitive participants. 7. participants on any other weight-reduction plan eg.Medication
