Health Condition 1: C50- Malignant neoplasm of breast Health Condition 2: null- Nonmetastatic operable breast cancer

Interventions

Intervention1: Yogic and Routine exrcises (exercise I): Exercise I arm (Yoga and conventional exercises) patients will begin the exercises within a week of starting treatment. Patients will be upgrade
6 months f, 12 months, 18 months, 36 months and 54 months.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women with unilateral breast cancer 2. Age 18-65 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metastatic breast cancer 2. Pregnant Women 3. Women with physical limitations to perform exercises 4. Previous history of cancer
