Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All adults 18-55 years of age,ASA grade 1 and 2 having mallampatti grade 1 or 2 absence of predictors of difficult bag mask ventilation presenting for elective surgery under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: full stomach patients predicted difficult airway pregnant patient haemodynamically unstable patients belonging to ASA 3 and 4 an airway provider with more than and equal to 3 years of experience in airway management procedures
