Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants having minimum 6 month experience of yoga. Participants are eligible to read, and write English language. Physically and mentally fit to participate Willing to participants in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants have allergy on applying gel on skin Those on any kind of regular medication will be excluded. Smokers, drug addict and alcoholic students.

Prefrontal oxygenation will be assessed using fNIRS Autonomic modulation will be assessed using HRV Bioenergy field will be assessed using EPI/GDV Executive functions will be assessed using stoop color task. Timepoint: Baseline and after 30 days
