Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients from 18 to 65 years Patients posted for Craniotomy and Clipping for Aneurysmal Subarachnoid Hemorrhage ASA I to III patients Documented SAH with GCS more than 8 posted for craniotomy and clipping

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency cases Patients with GCS of less than 8 Already intubated at the time of presentation Short Neck Coagulopathies Infection at planned cannulation sites Patients posted for re-do clipping Documented thrombus in right internal jugular vein Neck line already in situ in right internal jugular vein
