Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals with non specific low back pain Individuals with abnormal breathing patterns by using Self Evaluation Breathing Questionnaire. vaccinated for COVID-19.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with other Musculoskeletal pain. 2. Individuals with any neurological conditions. 3. Post operative lumbar spine 4. Lumbar canal stenosis and other spinal conditions.
