Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient aged 18-60 years posted for head and neck cancer surgery. 2. Patient belonging to ASA I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any known allergy to study drugs. 2.Patient with bradycardia(HR 3.Surgeries exceeding > 5hrs. 4. Patients on ventilator in the postoperative period. 5.Patient refusal.
