Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing rapid sequence intubation above 18 years of age in emergency department
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Trauma patients Patients with airway obstruction secondary to advanced head and neck tumors and severe airway edema secondary to burns, injuries, infections. Patients with contraindication to neck extension Patient with history of difficult airway from previous intubation history Crash intubation All Pregnant patients requiring RSI
