Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients with Arsha or haemorrhoids 1st and 2nd degree

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Thrombosed Haemorrhoids Prolapsed Haemorrhoids 2 Haemorrhoids occurs with known secondary cause such as portal HTN liver cirrhosis etc 3 History of known case of Systemic Illness like Carcinoma of Rectum Inflammatory Bowel Diseases DM HIV I & II HbsAg
