Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All newly diagnosed patients with colorectal carcinoma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other cancer 2. Patients with pancreatitis, Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Cirrhosis of liver 3.Patients already on systemic chemotherapy or Radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiation
