Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 18-40 years (both males and females) 2. Voluntary participation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck trauma 2. History of neck or low back pain 3. recent (less than 6 months) lower limb, spinal or soft tissue injuries 4. Spinal pathologies 5. Any muscle-tendon injury of hamstrings 6. Hypermobility (Beighton’s score: less than equal to 4 hypermobile joints) 7. Pregnant women
