Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Teeth requiring endodontic treatment with or without periapical lesion. Primary teeth with more than half the root length. No congenital or developmental anomalies. Bilateral presence of primary mandibular second molars in 5-8 years. Bilateral presence of permanent mandibular first molar in 10-12 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Teeth involving multi-surface carious lesions. Primary teeth with resorbed root greater than half the root length. Restored or fractured teeth. Teeth with bone loss.
