Inclusion criteria: Unilateral headache Throbbing pain in the head Lacrimation Exhaustion Weakness in one half of the body Loss of appetite Pallor Visual disturbance Photophobia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Headache associated with stroke, Cerebral tumour, Head injury, Meningitis Tension headache Sinus headache Cluster headache
